alphalyx.xyz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The results obtained from the use of any Tool are for informational purposes only. alphalyx.xyz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Tool's output, and reliance on such information is solely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

alphalyx.xyz reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
